-
Seamless coordination with the unitised façade system
-
Durable finishes suitable for marine-influenced urban environments
Our scope included:
-
16 bespoke louvred panels
-
1 large-scale automatic sliding gate
-
1 single leaf gate
All elements were manufactured in-house and installed by Procter’s own site team, ensuring full quality control.
The Solution
To address the project requirements, Procter Contracts:

Designed bespoke louvred panels tailored to the Gramercy façade, enhancing airflow and wind mitigation while supporting visual rhythm
-
Developed detailed technical drawings and early design input for smooth integration with structural steel
-
Produced and installed high-performance Marine Grey galvanised metalwork to resist corrosion and reduce long-term maintenance
-
Created bespoke lifting and handling plans, including crane coordination, secure platforms, and full PPE procedures for operatives
The solution combined functionality, aesthetics, and durability, ensuring high-quality architectural detailing suitable for a high-rise, city-centre environment.
Key challenges included:
-
Complex site access and lifting operations for a 28-storey tower
