Position: Fencing Contracts Manager

Bristol / Somerset area / Wiltshire / Hampshire

We are a family owned business established in 1740, who manufacture, supply and install fencing and street furniture for a wide range of markets and place great emphasis on both high product quality and outstanding customer service. We are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join our ever-growing Fencing Contracts Division in the South West.

If you have experience running contracts in a Construction Environment, we would like to hear from you. Whilst training and guidance will be provided we need self-motivated candidates who can demonstrate confidence in their ability to fulfil the requirements of this role.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience in working on Construction Sites
• Evidence of the ability to solve problems and deal with difficult situations that may arise
• Based in the South West of England

Preferred Requirements:

• Knowledge of fencing types and installation processes for fencing, gates and related products would be beneficial
• Experience in delivering multiple contracts on time and within budget

You will be working closely with the Regional Manager to deliver our fencing projects, along with a variety of other external elements, such as Street Furniture and Gate Automation.

Our division prides itself on our team ethics, so the ability to contribute to a cohesive team environment is essential, as is a full, clean, UK Driving licence.

In addition to a competitive salary, a company vehicle will be provided and you will be auto-enrolled into the company pension scheme once qualified to do so.

Duties to include:

• Managing installation teams on multiple sites
• Liaising with clients, as required, throughout the project
• Assisting with site Health and Safety
• Producing site-specific RAMS for each project
• Assisting with materials control • Full control of site plant
• Handling and ensuring all projects are handed over to our clients snag free

Salary, dependent on experience is circa £32 – £38K.
